Brittani Kathryn Smith, a proud graduate of Pahrump Valley High School’s Class of 2012, has maintained a strong connection to the school and community that shaped her early years. Some of her favorite high school memories include playing on the girls’ soccer team during her freshman and sophomore years. Unfortunately, knee surgeries prevented her from continuing, but the friendships and experiences from those seasons remain meaningful. The Pahrump Valley Mountain Biking Club took to the trails at Spicer Ranch in Beatty for the Spicer Ranch Round Up on March 8, 2025. The event, themed “Rodeo,” provided an exciting challenge for riders as they navigated a course filled with rocky climbs, grass pastures, and smooth singletrack.
