Integrity Flooring – Building Trust Through Exceptional Service in Pahrump

Integrity Flooring, a family-owned business led by Javier Soto, has established itself as a reputable name in Pahrump’s flooring industry. With over 25 years of experience in the flooring business, Javi has combined his expertise with a strong commitment to customer service to create a company that stands out in the community.

Javi’s journey in the flooring industry began under the guidance of his father, who also worked in the business. Over the years, Javi honed his skills, starting from small local jobs and gradually moving up to manage larger projects in Las Vegas. “I’ve always been in the flooring business,” Javi recalls. “My dad was in the flooring business, and he passed it on to us.”

In the past three years, Integrity Flooring has officially taken off, offering a variety of flooring services with a focus on tile work, showers, and countertops. While currently specializing in these areas, the company is in the process of obtaining additional licenses to give the community different flooring options. “We want to be a one-stop shop,” Javi explains.

The key differentiator for Integrity Flooring is its emphasis on customer service. Javi and his wife Liz, who manages the office, ensure that every interaction with clients is handled with care and professionalism. Javi shared a memorable experience that highlights their commitment to customer satisfaction: “I walked into a customer’s home and put covers on my shoes. The customer was so impressed with the respect shown that I got the job on the spot.” This level of dedication has earned Integrity Flooring a loyal customer base.

One of the key factors driving the success of Integrity Flooring is the power of word-of-mouth referrals. Javi emphasizes the importance of customer satisfaction and the impact it has on their business: “Sometimes I do have customers who want to tip me, but I always tell them, ‘Just tell your friends and family. That’s the best tip you can give me.’” This reliance on personal recommendations highlights the trust and loyalty they have built within the community, ensuring a steady stream of new clients who come to them based on positive experiences shared by others.

Integrity Flooring’s services are not limited to installations. They offer customized flooring designs tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of their clients. Javi emphasizes the importance of understanding each customer’s vision: “If you can think about it and dream of it, we can do it. We can sit down and create some custom designs.”

From the initial consultation to the final installation, Integrity Flooring provides a seamless process. Javi typically starts with a phone call to gather information about the customer’s needs and preferences, followed by an in-home consultation to discuss options and create a plan. Depending on the complexity of the project, the timeline can vary, but Javi strives to complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

One of the standout features of Integrity Flooring is its willingness to work with homeowners on occupied homes, a task many contractors shy away from. Javi and his team are adept at managing projects in lived-in spaces, often working in sections to minimize disruption to the homeowners.

Javi’s dedication extends beyond his business. He and Liz support local community projects and organizations, including high school yearbooks and sports clubs. This commitment to community involvement reflects their values and desire to give back to Pahrump.

Looking ahead, Javi has plans to expand Integrity Flooring further. He envisions opening a larger store and design center for his customers. “I want to create a space where customers can see and feel the materials and make informed decisions,” he says.

Integrity Flooring’s success is not just measured by completed projects but by the lasting relationships they build with their customers. Javi fondly recalls a client who continues to send him pictures of her backsplash and tile work years after the installation. “It’s a great feeling when customers are happy and share their satisfaction,” he says.

For those interested in Integrity Flooring’s services, Javi can be reached directly at 775-513-8179 or via email at integrityflooringllc@yahoo.com. Whether it’s a simple consultation or a complex custom design, Javi and his team are ready to bring their expertise and integrity to every project.
