Rumors Around Town Are True: FD Candy Confirms Expansion in Pahrump

If you’ve been around town lately, you may have heard whispers that something big is happening at FD Candy. As it turns out, the rumors are true.

The popular local sweets shop recently confirmed that it is planning a move to a larger location near Mom’s Diner, marking an exciting new chapter for the growing Pahrump business.

The new space will be nearly twice the size of the current shop, giving the FD Candy team more room to do what they love—serving up dirty sodas, coffee, milkshakes, soft serve ice cream, popcorn, cotton candy and, of course, plenty of house-made candy.

The expansion will also allow the shop to offer something many customers have been hoping for since the beginning: space to stay awhile.

The larger location will give visitors the opportunity to sit down, relax, bring the kids and enjoy the experience instead of simply stopping in for a quick treat before heading back out the door.

Since opening, FD Candy has grown steadily thanks to strong support from the local community. What began as a local candy shop has continued to expand its reach, with FD Candy products now being sold across Nevada, California and Arizona.

For those who prefer to enjoy their sweets without leaving home, FD Candy is also available on DoorDash, allowing customers to have their favorite treats delivered right to their door.

The owners say the expansion would not have been possible without the continued encouragement from the Pahrump community.

As plans for the new location move forward, more details—including an official opening timeline—are expected to be announced in the coming months.

For now, one thing is clear: the rumors making their way around town were true, and FD Candy is preparing for a bigger, sweeter future in Pahrump.
