The Pahrump Valley High School Lady Trojans girls’ varsity soccer team closed out their season on Monday, October 27, with a determined performance in the Regional Quarterfinals against Moapa Valley in Moapa. The weekend before Halloween brought a spirited mix of fitness and fun as the Pahrump Disability Outreach Program (P.D.O.P.) hosted its 16th annual Pumpkin Days celebration — featuring the 15th annual Monster Dash walk and run on Saturday, October 25. This year’s Monster Dash drew 90 participants, a mix of runners and walkers of all ages, who came together to support P.D.O.P.’s mission of inclusion and accessibility. The Rosemary Clarke Middle School Sharks football team left everything on the field Friday night at Pahrump Valley High School, facing off against perennial powerhouse Alamo in the championship game.
