Pahrump residents are invited to celebrate Independence Day in true community spirit on Friday, July 4, 2025, at the Calvada Eye, thanks to the efforts of the Pahrump Holiday Task Force and P.D.O.P. (Pahrump Disability Outreach Program).

The festivities begin at 9:00 a.m. with a lively Fourth of July parade at the Calvada Eye, located at 2101 Walt Williams Drive. Locals can expect a festive lineup of floats, decorated vehicles, performers, and community groups all showing off their patriotic pride. Parade-goers are encouraged to arrive early, wear red, white, and blue, and bring chairs or blankets to enjoy the show.

Following the parade, families can stick around for an afternoon packed with food, fun, and games—all completely free of charge. From kid-friendly activities and carnival-style games to community booths and tasty treats, there’s something for everyone. It’s an event designed to bring the community together in celebration of the nation’s birthday.

Organizers from the Pahrump Holiday Task Force and P.D.O.P. have made it their mission to create inclusive, family-friendly events that give back to the local community. This year’s Fourth of July celebration is no exception, offering a festive way for families to enjoy the holiday without breaking the bank.

Later that evening, the celebration continues with the Town of Pahrump’s annual fireworks extravaganza at Petrack Park. The fireworks show is scheduled to begin at 9:00 p.m. and promises a dazzling end to the day’s festivities.

Whether you’re new to town or a longtime resident, the 2025 Fourth of July celebration promises to be a highlight of the summer—full of hometown pride, cheerful energy, and classic American fun.

Mark your calendars, bring the whole family, and come celebrate the Fourth of July the Pahrump way!
