The team recognized Emma Flores (manager) and wrestlers Payton Weaver, Amelia Graziano, McKenna King, Tiler Ledford, Jemima “Jemi” Chavez, Anthony Hunt, Bishop Carter, Dane Clayton, Oscar Bosket, and Randy Murray for their dedication and commitment to the program. The Pahrump Valley High School Girls Wrestling team put up a strong fight at Regionals on January 24-25, with several wrestlers coming heartbreakingly close to securing a spot at the state tournament. To qualify, wrestlers needed to place in the top four of their weight class, and while none of the Trojans made it to state this time, their determination and grit were on full display.
