Charleston Peak Winery is welcoming 2026 with a slate of new wine releases and a look ahead at what’s coming next, marking a bright start to the year for the Pahrump-based estate winery.

The winery recently introduced several new wines designed to highlight an evolving portfolio focused on fresh, expressive, and approachable styles. Among the latest releases is the 2024 Rosé of Zinfandel, formerly known as White Zinfandel, offering red berry notes and a vibrant, easy-drinking profile.

Also debuting are two pétillant naturel sparkling wines from the 2025 vintage. The 2025 Riesling Pétillant Naturel Sparkling Wine brings a lively, naturally sparkling character suited for casual toasts and meals alike. Joining it is the 2025 Desert Blush Pétillant Naturel, a frizzante-style sparkling rosé featuring aromas of grapefruit zest and white gardenia, accented by hints of wild strawberry. Fresh acidity and a gentle mid-palate lift lead into a floral finish with softly integrated bubbles. The wine pairs well with fresh seafood, goat cheeses, sushi, or grilled asparagus.

Looking ahead, Charleston Peak Winery is preparing for the late winter 2026 release of its 2024 Sauvignon Blanc. The upcoming vintage is expected to closely mirror the popular 2023 release, continuing the winery’s bright, aromatic style while offering a fresh expression of the varietal.

Guests are invited to visit the winery to sample the newest releases and preview what’s ahead. Charleston Peak Winery is open Wednesday through Monday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and is closed on Tuesdays. Winery tours will begin at the end of January and will be offered at noon and 3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.

Located at the base of Charleston Peak, the boutique estate winery sits on approximately nine acres and traces its roots to its founding as Pahrump Valley Vineyards in 1989. Today, the winery is led by winemaker Steven Bowen and produces estate-grown wines in partnership with Bolton Vines, led by Austin Bolton. Charleston Peak Winery holds the distinction of being the first in Nevada to produce a sparkling wine from locally grown grapes.

In addition to guided tastings on its scenic patio or in the intimate tasting room, guests can enjoy light fare curated from AMARI Italian Kitchen & Wine Shop, the winery’s sister restaurant.
