Pahrump Valley residents looking to further their education will once again have local support, as Desert View Hospital has announced the return of its scholarship program for a second year. Building on the success of its inaugural effort, the hospital will award a total of six scholarships in 2026, providing $5,000 in funding to students and adult learners in the community. The scholarships include four awards of $500, one $1,000 award and one $2,000 award. The program is open to both graduating high school seniors and adults pursuing higher education.
