The holiday spirit was alive and well in Pahrump as the second annual Last Stop Santa Shop brought joy, connection, and generosity to the community on Saturday, December 21. Hosted at 775 Realty on Highway 160, the pop-up event, organized by Ashley Welch, featured eight local vendors showcasing a variety of holiday goods and crafts, while Our Place provided a cozy touch with their delicious coffee.
The event wasn’t just about shopping—it was a testament to the strength and compassion of the Pahrump community. Outside the venue, Alice and Keoki Cummings sold Hawaiian Taco plates to raise money for Joelle Bolton of The Wine Down, who recently faced the devastating loss of her husband, Keith. In addition to the taco sales, vendors contributed items for a raffle basket, and community members came forward with heartfelt donations. Together, these efforts raised an impressive $2,900 to support Joelle during this difficult time.
Inside 775 Realty, the atmosphere was nothing short of magical. The rooms were abuzz with chatter and laughter as attendees browsed vendor offerings, sipped coffee, and embraced the festive cheer. The event saw a fantastic turnout, with people filling every corner of the space, sharing smiles and stories while supporting local businesses and one another.
The Last Stop Santa Shop proved to be more than a shopping event—it was a celebration of community, kindness, and the holiday spirit. Organizers, vendors, and attendees came together to create a memorable day that not only brought joy but also demonstrated the remarkable power of unity and compassion.
