The Nye County Cinderella Pageant brought participants of all ages together Sunday, Oct. 18, at the Nye Communities Coalition for a day recognizing talent, personality and individual accomplishments.
Part of the Cinderella Girl Youth Development Scholarship Program, the local preliminary awarded overall division titles alongside individual honors for interview, modeling, talent and other categories. Under the direction of Nye County Director Emily Smith, the event welcomed a new group of Cinderella titleholders.
Ruth Dominguez earned the overall Cinderella Tot title, while Aubrey Montanez was named overall Cinderella MiniMiss. Kinsley Cunningham received the overall Cinderella Miss title, Avery Sampson earned the overall Cinderella Teen title, and Shay Neth was named overall Cinderella Woman.
The youngest participants also received their own special recognition. Jamie Giammarino earned the overall Baby title, while Evelyn Mora received Prettiest Eyes, Cover Baby and Most Beautiful Baby honors.
Among the Tot contestants, Ava Gonzalez collected several awards, receiving Cover Girl, Prettiest Eyes and Cinderella Tot Beauty honors. Zoey Ward earned Personality Plus and Tot Photogenic, while Lilly Leftwich received the Tot Personality title and shared Prettiest Hair honors. Mazie Reign Vanholder was recognized as an Honor Roll participant and received Best Casual Wear.
Several Miss contestants also earned recognition across multiple categories. Brooklyn Rayner received the second Cover Girl award and Best Smile, along with sharing the Cinderella Miss Beauty title with Rachelle Warren. Warren also earned Best Introduction and Miss Talent, recognizing both her presentation and performance.
Daisy Saldanas received Miss Photogenic and tied with Leftwich for Prettiest Hair. Cunningham added Best Party Wear to her overall Miss title.
In the Teen division, Sampson received Best Model in addition to her overall title. Adelia Pollard earned Formal Wear and Teen Talent honors, while Quinn Kaucky received the Cinderella Teen Beauty title. Kaucky also shared Best Interview honors with Neth, the overall Woman winner.
The variety of awards gave contestants opportunities to be recognized for different strengths throughout the pageant. Interviews and introductions offered a chance to express themselves, while talent performances and modeling provided additional ways to share their abilities and personalities.
The event program also recognized the outgoing 2025–2026 Cinderella royalty: Tot Jubilee Skinner, MiniMiss Chloe Crotty, Miss Racey Horible, Teen MaKenna Toolle and Woman Addison Morin. Their inclusion connected the new titleholders with the participants who represented the program during the previous year.
Organizers thanked the Nye Communities Coalition and Nye County’s Southern District Office for providing the facilities for the event.
Sunday’s pageant gave participants a chance to take the stage and receive recognition for their efforts, with the new titleholders adding their names to Nye County’s Cinderella tradition.
