Community members will have an opportunity to share a meal while supporting an important local cause later this month, as a Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser benefiting seniors and adults with disabilities in Pahrump is scheduled for Saturday, March 28.
The community-centered event will take place from 4 to 7 p.m. at Moose Lodge 808, located at 824 Second Street, and aims to raise funds that directly support programs and services for some of the area’s most vulnerable residents.
Hosted as both a fundraiser and a gathering opportunity, the evening is designed to bring neighbors together while helping ensure continued assistance for seniors and adults with disabilities living throughout the Pahrump Valley. Admission is free, though donations are welcomed and encouraged, with all proceeds going toward services that help individuals maintain independence and quality of life.
Dinner will be provided at no cost to the first 100 attendees, offering an inviting atmosphere where community members can enjoy a warm meal while contributing to a meaningful mission.
Funds raised through the event will support the work of Nevada Rural Counties RSVP Programs, a nonprofit organization focused on improving the quality of life for seniors, adults with disabilities, and caregivers across rural Nevada. Through volunteer-driven initiatives, the organization helps address critical needs including transportation assistance, homemaker services, respite care, and opportunities for social connection — all aimed at helping individuals remain safely and independently in their homes.
Organizers say community involvement plays a vital role in sustaining these programs, and local businesses, organizations, and individuals are encouraged to participate through sponsorship opportunities or donations.
Those interested in sponsoring the event or learning more can contact organizers at info@nvrsvp.com for additional information.
The March 28 dinner offers a simple but meaningful way for residents to come together — sharing food, fellowship, and support for neighbors who rely on community-driven services every day.
