Pahrump residents in need of food assistance are encouraged to attend a Free Food Giveaway this Saturday, November 1, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The event will take place at 1210 E. Basin Avenue, in the Top Dog Real Estate parking lot.

The community event is being sponsored by the Pahrump Town Board Committee and aims to provide much-needed support to local families and individuals facing food insecurity. Organizers are asking residents to help spread the word to ensure that those who could benefit from the event are aware of the opportunity.

Food distribution will be available at no cost, and all community members are welcome to attend.

For those wishing to lend a hand, the committee encourages community members to share the event details with neighbors, friends, and social media groups to help reach as many people as possible.

The Pahrump Town Board Committee is a citizen-led group working to reinstate the town board. In addition to community outreach efforts like the food giveaway, the committee is focused on gathering support to place an initiative on a future ballot, allowing residents to vote on restoring local town board governance.
