The Pahrump Junior Trojan basketball program has announced that registration and evaluations will take place earlier than usual this year, giving young athletes an opportunity to prepare for another exciting season on the court.

Open to boys and girls in 3rd through 6th grade, the program combines skill development, teamwork, and friendly competition in a community-centered environment. Registration, payment, and player evaluations must all be completed to secure a spot on a team. Families can start by completing the online registration form at https://forms.gle/b1TNHqvKXTBGPvDc8, then attend one of the in-person evaluation sessions at J.G. Johnson Elementary School:

    • Monday, November 10: 6:00–7:30 p.m.
    • Saturday, November 15: 10:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
    • Tuesday, November 18: 6:00–7:30 p.m.

The participation fee is $60, which includes a team jersey. Players only need to attend one of the evaluation sessions, and payment can be made by cash or check during registration.

For younger athletes, a Weekly Basketball Fundamentals Program will also be offered for kindergarten through 2nd graders. The fee for this program is $30, and parents can register and pay during any of the scheduled dates listed above.

The Junior Trojan program focuses on teaching basketball fundamentals, fostering sportsmanship, and encouraging a love for the game in a supportive setting. Families are encouraged to follow Pahrump Junior Trojan Basketball on Facebook for updates, announcements, and the pre-registration link.

For more information, call 702-467-6445 or 775-253-5084.
