Green Life Produce brought the spirit of autumn to life on Saturday, October 11, as families and friends gathered for the 3rd annual “Pahrumpkin Patch.” The event, held from 4 to 7 p.m. at 6640 Hawkins Way, welcomed more than 300 guests for an afternoon filled with festive music, family fun, and locally grown charm.

The free community event featured a variety of seasonal activities, including a photo area for families to capture memories and free face painting for children. The evening culminated with the pumpkin carving contest, where creativity and skill took center stage. Participants paid $10 to enter—which included a pumpkin and carving tools to use. The contest ran from 5 to 6 p.m., followed by judging. Winners received cash prizes of $100 for first place, $50 for second, and $25 for third.

Attendees also enjoyed mouthwatering BH Meats burgers hot off the grill and explored an array of local vendor booths set up inside the store. Shoppers browsed handmade crafts, locally sourced goods, and Green Life Produce’s own farm-fresh offerings, including organically grown pumpkins, specialty varieties, fresh fruits and vegetables, cold-pressed juices, and grass-fed meats.

With upbeat music playing throughout the evening and the chill of fall in the air, the event offered the perfect mix of small-town warmth and seasonal festivity. Green Life Produce, a proud family-owned farm, once again created a joyful gathering that celebrated community, creativity, and the beauty of the harvest season.

Organizers shared their appreciation for everyone who came out to support local growers and businesses, noting that all in attendance had a wonderful time enjoying another successful “Pahrumpkin Patch.”
