In the men’s 400m, Benjamin DeSantiago qualified for state by finishing second, just .24 of a second shy of the school record, which he aims to break at the state meet. Deven Nixon shone brightly by winning the region in the 300m hurdles, while Antonio Veloz secured second place in the 800m. The girls’ 4×400 team triumphed by winning the region.
