Pahrump Station Laundromat marked a major milestone on Saturday, February 7, as the locally loved business celebrated its 25th anniversary with a special community event. Held from 9 a.m. to noon, the celebration welcomed community members who stopped by to honor the laundromat’s long-standing presence in Pahrump and the relationships built over the past quarter century.

Owners Judy Maughan and Cindy Colucci, manager Michelle Harkness, along with several dedicated staff members, personally greeted guests throughout the morning, creating a welcoming and festive atmosphere that reflected the business’s community-centered values. Attendees enjoyed refreshments including popcorn, cookies, hot chocolate, and hot apple cider while visiting with staff and fellow community members.

Adding to the celebratory spirit, Miss Pahrump Emilee Rodriguez and her attendants, Isabella Simpson and Molly Stoddard, were on hand assisting guests with raffle entries and helping facilitate the drawings throughout the event. Their presence brought an extra layer of excitement and local pride to the anniversary celebration.

Guests had multiple opportunities to win prizes during the morning, with two gift drawings held at 10 a.m., 11 a.m., and 12 p.m. Prizes included a $25 PayRange gift card paired with a laundry bag and washing supplies, as well as a $50 Fluff & Fold credit accompanied by a custom Fluff & Fold laundry bag. The prize packages highlighted some of the laundromat’s modern conveniences and popular customer services.

The celebration concluded with two grand prize drawings at noon. Winners received either a $50 PayRange gift card along with a full-size laundry basket and complete set of laundry supplies, or a $100 Fluff & Fold credit paired with a custom Fluff & Fold laundry bag.

One of the most meaningful moments of the event came when Rita Westfall was recognized with a special award for being Pahrump Station Laundromat’s very first Fluff & Fold customer. Westfall received $50 in Fluff & Fold credit and a custom Fluff & Fold laundry bag as a token of appreciation for her longstanding support and loyalty to the business.

The anniversary celebration served as both a reflection on 25 years of service and a reminder of the role small, locally owned businesses play in bringing the community together. With strong community support, friendly service, and continued modernization of its offerings, Pahrump Station Laundromat continues to remain a trusted and valued part of daily life for many local residents.
