Our Place Prepares to ‘Fall in Love’ with New Menu, Events, and Drive-Up Service

In less than a year at its current location, Our Place, located at 1401 S Hwy 160, has become a vibrant hub for coffee lovers, families, and anyone seeking a friendly place to relax in Pahrump. Owner Kimberley Loveless says the café, which opened in November 2024, has been building momentum since day one, evolving into a space that offers more than just great drinks—it’s a community gathering spot. Now, as autumn approaches, Kimberley and her team are preparing to roll out a slate of exciting changes that promise to give customers plenty of reasons to, as their new seasonal slogan suggests, “Fall in Love with Our Place.”

The excitement officially begins on Monday, August 25, when “Fall in Love with Our Place” launches with a brand-new menu, updated hours, drive-up ordering, and a fresh lineup of events. Kimberley says the date is a milestone for the business, as it marks the beginning of a new season filled with growth, convenience, and creativity. Starting that day, Our Place will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., seven days a week—a shift to earlier hours designed to accommodate those heading to work or school in the morning. The new drive-up service is tailored to provide super-fast service, even quicker than a traditional drive-through, so busy customers can be on their way without delay.

The fall season will bring a refreshed menu, designed to capture the flavors of the season while keeping customer favorites on hand. While some summer drinks will make way for new offerings, Kimberely ensures that the most popular warm-weather sips will stick around. Among the highlights is the return of the crowd-favorite Pumpkin Bliss, available hot, iced, or blended. Joining it are decadent additions such as an apple pie Belgian waffle and a pumpkin-topped bagel—both designed to pair perfectly with a cozy cup of coffee.

Customers can also explore an entire coffee flight featuring the new seasonal flavors, served in smaller portions so guests can sample multiple drinks or share with a friend. The café will continue to cater to non-coffee drinkers with smoothies, teas, energy drinks, and their ever-popular “dirty sodas.” Even signature coffee drinks like the Pumpkin Bliss can be prepared decaf, ensuring there’s something for everyone.

Beyond the menu, Kimberley is introducing an expanded lineup of community events that will run from September through December. September kicks off with a fall wreath-making workshop, giving guests a chance to craft a beautiful decoration for their home. Karaoke nights are still going strong, with plans for additional Kid Karaoke dates being added, and a couples’ date night is in the works, featuring live music, treats, games, and prizes. A possible Fall Fest, still in the planning stages, could add another layer of fun with activities tailored to the café space. In October, a pumpkin station will join the festivities, and live music will be a recurring feature, with performances from both familiar faces and new talent—including a musician whose style blends the easygoing sounds of Kenny Chesney and Jimmy Buffett.

Another exciting announcements is the introduction of First Friday, beginning in September and running through at least the end of 2025. On the first Friday of every month, Our Place will extend its hours from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The evening will feature a Sip n’ Shop in collaboration with local vendors, followed by karaoke from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. Unlike before, Friday karaoke will not be held every week—this change frees up time to introduce other events, including themed nights and live music, which will be announced as they are scheduled.

To keep up with the calendar, Kimberley recommends customers visit the Our Place website for the latest updates and ticket sales for special events. Many events sell out quickly—sometimes on the same day tickets are released—so staying informed is key. She also encourages patrons to follow the café on Facebook and Instagram, where event announcements, menu launches, and specials are posted first. For those who prefer a physical reminder, printed calendars will be available at the counter.

One of the biggest changes launches on Monday, August 25: a new drive-up service that aims to combine the speed of a drive-through with the flexibility of in-person ordering. Three designated parking spots will be available at the front of the building for customers who either order ahead online or prefer to order on arrival.

Staff members will greet cars with an iPad, confirm or take orders, and deliver drinks directly—eliminating the wait often found in traditional drive-through lines. Online ordering will be available through Our Place’s website, and DoorDash remains an option for those who prefer delivery. The system is designed with busy locals in mind, especially teachers, who can take advantage of a 10% discount, along with military members, veterans, and first responders. Special appreciation days and seasonal promotions for other groups, such as nurses or administrative staff, will also appear throughout the year.

With a blend of seasonal flavors, creative events, a convenient new drive-up service, and a commitment to fostering community connections, Our Place is entering the fall season ready to offer something for everyone. Kimberley sums it up best: the goal is to create a space where people truly “fall in love” with the experience—one cup, one conversation, and one shared moment at a time.
