In partnership with Permitium, LLC, a software company specializing in web-based law enforcement services, the Sheriff’s Office now offers a modernized system that allows applicants to submit and manage their CCW applications online.
Through this new system, applicants can complete their application, schedule an appointment, upload required documents, submit photo identification, and make payments—all from the convenience of their home. By enabling applicants to provide information and pay in advance, the process is expected to reduce appointment times and allow staff to begin background checks earlier, ultimately shortening the wait time for permit approvals.
