Assemblyman Gregory Hafen II has been named the Assembly Republican Caucus Leader for the 2025 legislative session, a role that underscores the confidence and trust his colleagues have in his leadership, integrity, and vision. Hafen, who has represented his district with distinction since 2018, brings a wealth of experience to the position as he prepares to guide the caucus through Nevada’s legislative challenges.

“I am deeply honored by the trust my colleagues have placed in me to serve as their leader,” said Hafen. “Together, we will work to address the challenges facing our state and advocate for policies that reflect the values of hard-working families across Nevada.”

Hafen also expressed gratitude for the efforts of outgoing Leader PK O’Neill and his team, as well as Governor Joe Lombardo, noting their roles in helping Republicans gain critical seats to move the Assembly Republicans out of the superminority.

The announcement reflects a broader commitment by the Republican Caucus to promote responsible governance, strengthen Nevada’s economy, and uphold the principles of liberty and opportunity for all. Hafen’s leadership style, characterized by collaboration and transparency, will be instrumental as the caucus works to advance its legislative priorities.

“Our mission is to serve all Nevadans by enacting policies that ensure opportunity and prosperity,” Hafen emphasized. “This is about building a stronger Nevada for the future.”

As the caucus leader, Hafen is set to tackle the challenges ahead with a unified team, focusing on meaningful progress during the 2025 session. With his vision and dedication, the Assembly Republican Caucus is poised to uphold the values and interests of Nevada’s citizens.
