The 4th Annual Conservative Women’s Tea brought together a full house of attendees for an afternoon centered on community, creativity and connection, filling the event center at Nevada Treasure RV Resort on Sunday, May 3.
According to event organizers, 136 guests and more than a dozen volunteers participated in this year’s gathering, which featured 17 elaborately decorated tables. Each table followed one of three themes, patriotic, elegant or creative, resulting in a visually striking display that served as both a focal point and friendly competition among hostesses.
Attendees were treated to a traditional tea-style menu that included finger sandwiches, salad, fruit, tea, gourmet macarons and desserts, all catered by local businesses. Organizers noted that the event continues to highlight and support area vendors, with many contributing both food and services.

The afternoon also included a silent auction that raised thousands of dollars, with proceeds designated for local causes and charitable organizations. Guests participated enthusiastically, contributing to what organizers described as a strong show of community generosity.
Guest speakers shared personal stories and reflections on their journeys, offering messages of encouragement and inspiration. The program also featured an emcee and live audio support, contributing to a polished and engaging atmosphere throughout the event.
Table decorating awards were presented in three categories, with Samantha Lane earning recognition for Most Creative, Stephani Hashimura for Most Patriotic and Michele Fiore for Most Elegant. In addition to the judged awards, each table hosted its own raffle drawing, ensuring every attendee had the opportunity to win a prize. Guests also received swag bags filled with treats and sponsor-provided items.

Show organizer Sharon Sadler reflected on the event’s success, noting, “I was blown away by how successful and jam-packed this year’s tea was. It’s incredible to see the creativity, generosity and sense of community continue to grow each year.”
Organizers emphasized the collaborative effort behind the event, highlighting the contributions of volunteers, sponsors and venue staff in bringing the tea together. With strong attendance and positive feedback, the event continues to grow each year.
Looking ahead, organizers expressed enthusiasm for continuing the tradition, with plans already in mind for an even larger gathering in 2027.
