For Amy Carbajal, cleaning homes in Pahrump is more than just a job—it’s something she has spent years perfecting while building lasting relationships throughout the community.

Amy, owner of Amy’s Cleaning Service, has been cleaning homes in Pahrump for about 15 years. Having lived in the area since she was 18, she has built a strong reputation through consistency, reliability and a personal approach that keeps clients coming back.

“A lot of my clients are like friends now,” she said. “We talk even when we’re not working.”

Amy’s Cleaning Service offers a range of services designed to keep homes clean, comfortable and manageable. Routine cleanings typically include vacuuming and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces throughout the home, and detailed cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms. Appliances like microwaves are cleaned inside and out, while additional tasks—such as cleaning the inside of ovens or refrigerators—can be added as needed.

“We do all the floors, wipe everything down, clean bathrooms, light switches, door frames—just making everything look nice again,” Amy said.

Depending on the home and the client’s preferences, services can also include baseboards, ceiling fans and sliding glass doors. Deep cleanings are available for homes that need extra attention, and clean-outs can be arranged when more extensive work is required.

Amy also provides cleaning services for local businesses, focusing on maintaining clean, professional spaces through dusting, surface cleaning and restroom upkeep.

What once took several hours to complete on her own can now be done much more efficiently with her team. Amy currently works with a crew of five employees, allowing them to move quickly through homes while maintaining attention to detail.

“I used to take about four hours to do one house by myself,” she said. “Now we can get it done in about an hour.”

Maintaining that level of consistency is important to Amy, especially as her business continues to grow.

“It’s my name on it,” she said. “So I want everything done the way I would do it.”

Her team brings all necessary cleaning supplies to each job, though some clients request specific products based on personal preference. For certain homes, additional services like changing bedding can also be included, depending on the client’s needs.

Because every home is different, Amy meets with new clients in person to provide an estimate based on the size of the home, level of upkeep and any specific requests. Many clients choose to schedule cleanings every two weeks, helping maintain a consistent level of cleanliness over time.

Amy says one of the most rewarding parts of her work is helping people enjoy their homes without the stress of keeping up with everything on their own.

Her personable approach and attention to detail have helped her business grow largely through word of mouth, with many satisfied clients recommending her services to others.

Amy’s Cleaning Service is currently accepting new clients in the Pahrump area. Those interested in scheduling a cleaning or requesting an estimate can reach out through the business’s Facebook page or by calling or texting 775-419-8378. If calling, clients are encouraged to leave a voicemail.

After more than a decade of serving the community, Amy continues to focus on what matters most—delivering reliable, thorough cleaning with a personal touch that makes a difference in people’s everyday lives.
