Sherry Cipollini Named 2025 Nonprofit Healthcare Hero for Southern Nevada

Sherry Cipollini, a board-certified nurse practitioner and founder of Enhanced Aesthetics & Wellness, has been named the 2025 Nonprofit Healthcare Hero for Southern Nevada by Nevada Business Magazine. Chosen by a panel of judges from a wide field of nominees submitted by readers, Sherry will be featured in the magazine’s September 2025 issue, which celebrates ten outstanding individuals making a difference in healthcare across the state.

For Sherry, the recognition is deeply meaningful—but it’s also a reflection of the quiet, consistent work she’s been doing for years. Since 2016, she has served as the Medical Director of the Remote Area Medical (RAM) clinics in Pahrump, hosted by Nye Communities Coalition. These free pop-up clinics offer vital medical, dental, vision, and mental health services—no insurance, ID, or income screening required. Under Sherry’s leadership, the clinics have provided care to more than 3,200 patients and delivered over $1.2 million worth of services at no cost. On clinic days, you’ll find her not only managing medical operations but also personally performing women’s health exams for patients in need.

Her path to healthcare began with inspiration close to home—her grandmother, Helen Marie Lucas Ross, a 1947 nursing school graduate whose legacy lives on in Sherry’s clinic, where Helen’s original nursing cape is proudly displayed. That early example of compassion and service helped shape Sherry’s own career, which has included roles as a registered nurse, ER manager, and nurse practitioner at Desert View Hospital. She later co-founded Reflections Healthcare, a primary care clinic focused on managing chronic conditions and building strong, lasting relationships with patients.

Today, she leads Enhanced Aesthetics & Wellness, a practice that blends modern aesthetic treatments with a strong foundation in preventive care. Whether she’s developing personalized wellness plans, administering hormone therapy, or helping clients feel confident through laser and injectable services, her approach is always rooted in evidence-based care and genuine connection.

Sherry’s heart for service extends well beyond her clinic walls. She serves on the board of Nevada Outreach Training Organization, which supports individuals and families affected by domestic violence, sexual assault, and abuse. The organization also runs the Pahrump Family Resource Center, providing essentials like clothing, furniture, and household items to those in crisis. Additionally, Sherry lends her time and expertise to ACORN (Advocates for Children of Rural Nevada), a guardian ad litem program that trains volunteers to advocate for foster children in court.

No matter the setting—whether it’s in an emergency room, a wellness office, a boardroom, or a makeshift medical tent—Sherry brings the same commitment to every role: care deeply, serve compassionately, and always show up for the community.

Being named a Healthcare Hero may be a new title, but for those who know her, Sherry has been one all along.
