Natural Vibes: Crystal Atwood’s Holistic Haven Brings Healing and Hope to Pahrump

Located next to Mom’s Diner at 1240 State St Ste 108 and 109, Natural Vibes is more than just a health and wellness store—it’s the embodiment of one woman’s journey from chronic illness to full-body healing. For owner Crystal Atwood, a mother of three and certified Integrative Health Coach, this space is the physical manifestation of a mission rooted deeply in personal experience, compassion, and a passion for natural healing.

Crystal’s story begins with years of suffering—starting from childhood when symptoms like mild allergies evolved into full-blown chronic conditions. By the time she reached adulthood, she was battling daily migraines, hair loss, painful psoriasis flare-ups, and the debilitating effects of fibromyalgia. The conventional medical system offered her the same limited path that so many others know all too well: steroids, antidepressants, and the discouraging words that “this is just how your life is going to be.”

But Crystal refused to accept that fate. She believed her body could heal, and she set off on a new path—one grounded in holistic health. “Within one year of exploring holistic medicine, my symptoms became less frequent. Within three years, I was completely healed,” she shares. It was this transformational experience that lit the fire to help others find similar relief.

In September 2019, Natural Vibes opened its doors. Crystal’s vision was always to offer more than just supplements. She’s built an inclusive wellness space that encompasses both physical products and therapeutic services—each designed to address the whole person: mind, body, and soul.

The shop itself offers a carefully curated selection of natural products, including supplements, vitamins, bulk herbs, specialty teas, essential oils, kratom, CBD, and body care. But if you’re looking for something Crystal doesn’t carry in-store, she’s got you covered with an extensive online store that ships directly to your door with free shipping on orders over $50. Online customers also benefit from tiered membership pricing for additional savings.

Beyond the retail shelves, Natural Vibes offers a wide range of spa and wellness services that have made it a true sanctuary for many in the community. Services include:

    • BEMER (PEMF) Therapy: A powerful tool in Crystal’s healing arsenal, this Pulse Electromagnetic Field Therapy is designed to reduce pain and inflammation, while significantly increasing circulation and range of motion. It’s particularly helpful for clients suffering from neuropathy, injury recovery, and chronic pain. Sessions are just 20 minutes and recommended three times a week for optimal results.
    • Ionic Detox Foot Bath: This non-invasive treatment helps detoxify the entire body by pulling heavy metals, pesticides, additives, and candida through the feet. Many clients report improvement in issues like under-eye bags, eczema, psoriasis, weight management, and even mood disorders such as depression. It also promotes pH balance and is a favorite among those looking for gentle, whole-body detox.
    • Vibroacoustic Sound Therapy: Crystal calls this “healing through frequency,” and the results speak for themselves. Clients lie on a water-based table equipped with built-in transducers while specially programmed CDs transmit therapeutic frequencies through the body. These vibrations promote both emotional and physical healing—targeting everything from muscle soreness to anxiety and trauma.
    • Red Light Therapy: This treatment uses specific wavelengths of red light to stimulate healing, boost collagen, reduce inflammation, and promote overall skin health. Clients who use this therapy regularly report improved appearance, reduced signs of aging, and enhanced energy. “It helps you look and feel better,” Crystal says, “inside and out.”
    • Lymphatic Detox: One of the most immediate-impact services, this treatment takes as little as 15 minutes and can leave clients feeling lighter and more balanced. It promotes core stability, encourages lymphatic drainage, and aids in weight loss and the reduction of cellulite. Clients often pair this treatment with dry skin brushing or rebound exercises, which Crystal recommends for at-home maintenance.

Each therapy Crystal offers is backed by science, rooted in holistic tradition, and tailored to the needs of her clients. And while these services may sound advanced, they’re delivered in an accessible, affordable, and supportive environment. Individual sessions are reasonably priced, and membership packages are available for those seeking long-term benefits and flexibility. Memberships are available in monthly formats, such as four-session packages, and can be used across any service offered.

Massage therapy is also offered onsite through seasoned therapist Betsy Lilly, who brings decades of experience and a nurturing, intuitive touch. Her offerings range from deep tissue massage to cranial sacral therapy and reflexology. Though Betsy prefers to stay out of the spotlight, her reputation speaks volumes—and her healing hands have become an essential part of the Natural Vibes team.

Crystal’s formal training comes from the prestigious Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she studied under some of the world’s top wellness experts—including Dr. Andrew Weil, Dr. Mark Hyman, Dr. Joel Fuhrman, and author Geneen Roth. This education has given her the tools to work with clients on everything from nutritional counseling to lifestyle coaching. Each session is personalized, focused on sustainable change and a deeper understanding of the relationship between food, energy, relationships, and health.

As Crystal looks to the future, Natural Vibes is preparing to shift away from its traditional storefront model to something even more impactful: a hybrid of online consulting, wellness product distribution, and eventually, retreat-style immersive experiences. “My dream is to offer a space where people can truly focus on themselves,” Crystal shares. “To get to the root of their struggles, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.”

She envisions retreats that combine education with personalized healing plans—spaces where people can learn to detox not just their bodies, but their emotions, relationships, and mental patterns. “If my emotional and spiritual side had never healed, I would have cycled back into being sick again,” she says. “You have to treat the whole person.”

Until then, clients can still book in-person services and consultations, and Crystal remains dedicated to educating and empowering everyone who walks through her doors. “I’m not here to push products or convince anyone. I’m here to provide knowledge, support, and options.”

In a country where chronic illness is far too common and many feel disillusioned by the traditional healthcare system, Natural Vibes offers something rare—hope, healing, and heart. For those who are ready to stop managing symptoms and start transforming their lives, Crystal Atwood and Natural Vibes may just be the perfect first step.
