What began as a passion for creating high-quality visual content has grown into one of Pahrump’s emerging media companies, with a focus on helping businesses tell their stories through professional photography, videography and creative marketing.
Air to Ground Media, founded by Jason Fraley and recently co-managed with Brayden Severt and Kobe Marinac, has quickly established itself as a trusted resource for real estate professionals while steadily expanding into commercial marketing, event coverage and brand storytelling. Although the company is still relatively young, its owners have invested heavily in professional equipment, creative development and a client-focused approach that they believe sets them apart in an increasingly visual world.

“We create media and we host media,” Fraley explained. “Photography, videography, website hosting, website design, event photography and videography—we really cover all aspects of media creation.”
While the company’s services span a wide range of industries, Fraley said real estate currently serves as Air to Ground Media’s primary market. With homes continually entering the market throughout Pahrump, local real estate agents rely on professional imagery to showcase listings, making consistent, high-quality content an essential marketing tool.
“Real estate is definitely our bread and butter right now,” Fraley said. “It’s our most consistent work.”
That foundation, however, is only the beginning.
The company’s vision extends well beyond photographing homes. Fraley said Air to Ground Media is actively working to build relationships with restaurants, coffee shops, retail businesses and other commercial clients that want to elevate their online presence through professionally produced content.
Rather than relying solely on smartphone videos and casual social media posts, the team hopes to help local businesses create polished marketing pieces designed to capture attention across today’s digital platforms.
“We’re starting to branch more into commercial work,” Fraley said. “We want to help businesses create professional social media content.”
One recent example involved partnering with a local real estate agent during a community back-to-school backpack giveaway. Air to Ground Media sponsored the event by filming it and producing promotional content, allowing the organizers to highlight their community involvement while creating lasting marketing assets for future use.
The company’s name reflects another major component of its work.
Air to Ground Media specializes in both aerial and ground-level production, allowing clients to receive a complete visual package from multiple perspectives. Using drone technology alongside traditional cameras, the team captures sweeping aerial footage as well as detailed ground-level photography and cinematic video.
For real estate, that combination helps showcase entire properties, surrounding neighborhoods and unique landscape features that simply can’t be appreciated from a single viewpoint.
For businesses, those same techniques allow for dynamic promotional videos that create movement, energy and visual interest.
While Fraley serves as the primary point of contact for clients and leads much of the company’s creative planning, business development and customer collaboration, Severt oversees much of the post-production process, handling the majority of the editing that transforms hours of raw footage into polished marketing pieces.
Behind every finished project is an extensive editing process that combines cinematic sequencing, color grading, sound design and careful attention to detail. Severt said the goal is to ensure every final product not only looks visually striking but also tells a cohesive story that reflects each client’s brand, personality and objectives.
To support that level of production, the team has assembled an impressive lineup of professional-grade equipment capable of producing broadcast-quality imagery.
For photography, Air to Ground Media uses Sony’s a7 IV camera system. On the video side, the company recently made what Severt described as one of its biggest investments—a Ronin 4D cinema camera capable of producing smooth, cinematic footage often seen in commercial productions and films.
Additional cameras include the Sony FX3, frequently used for vertical social media content on a stabilized gimbal, along with Sony FX30 cameras that provide additional shooting angles and flexibility during productions.
Their aerial equipment includes a DJI Mavic 3 Pro drone for high-resolution photography and video, along with a DJI Avata FPV drone capable of capturing fast-moving, immersive action shots that are especially useful for off-road vehicles, outdoor recreation and other dynamic projects.
The company also maintains additional DJI Mini drones, professional lighting systems, microphones and audio equipment to ensure every production delivers both exceptional visuals and high-quality sound.
“Everything you need to produce a high-quality, visually appealing video—we do all of that,” Severt said.
Although Air to Ground Media primarily serves clients throughout Pahrump, Fraley said the company also works in the Las Vegas Valley.
Most of their work in Las Vegas has developed organically through referrals and word of mouth rather than active advertising, but expanding into that market is one of the company’s future goals.
For now, however, their focus remains firmly rooted in their hometown.
“Pahrump is our main market,” Fraley said.
Pricing varies significantly depending on the scope of each project.
A simple drone photography package for a real estate listing may start around $60, while comprehensive marketing packages—including photography, videography and additional services—can reach approximately $850 for larger projects.

Fraley emphasized that every client has different needs, making customized pricing the best approach.
“The average real estate project is probably around $200 to $250,” he said.
While many media companies simply arrive, capture footage and leave, Air to Ground Media places significant emphasis on creative planning.
That process becomes especially important for commercial marketing projects.
Rather than beginning with cameras, the team often starts by sitting down with business owners to understand their goals, discuss ideas and develop a storyboard before filming ever begins.
Fraley said collaboration plays a major role in the creative process.
“We like to bounce ideas back and forth,” he explained. “We’ll ask what they’re looking for, throw ideas around, sketch things out and figure out what will tell their story best.”
The goal is to combine the client’s vision with the company’s production experience.
While Air to Ground Media enjoys leading the creative process through scripting and storyboarding, Fraley emphasized that business owners remain active participants throughout the project.
“We want their dream to come alive through us,” he said.
That planning phase is followed by a dedicated filming day before the editing process begins.
Commercial projects generally include one day of storyboarding, another day for filming and approximately six days of editing before the final product is delivered.
Real estate, by comparison, operates on a much faster timeline.

Professional listing photographs are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours, allowing agents to immediately begin marketing a property. Video production generally takes closer to six days, a schedule Fraley believes actually benefits agents by giving them fresh content to share several days after their initial listing goes live.
“It works out really well because they have photos immediately, and then about a week later they have something new to post,” he said.
Although the company prides itself on efficiency, Fraley noted that turnaround times can be accelerated when necessary.
“We can push things faster if we need to,” he said.
One topic Fraley spoke passionately about was what distinguishes Air to Ground Media from other media providers.
While many companies excel at photography, he believes videography has become the most powerful marketing tool in today’s social media landscape.
“Our biggest thing has always been the quality of our video,” Fraley said.
He explained that when the company first launched, they intentionally devoted extensive time to studying professional cinematography techniques and modern video production rather than simply offering basic video services alongside photography.
That investment, he believes, has paid dividends.
“Photography is important, but videography is really what sells on social media today,” Fraley said. “The creativity behind the project is what really separates us.”
That creativity extends beyond technical execution.
Whether filming a commercial for a local barber shop, creating promotional content for a business or showcasing a luxury home, the team strives to build a visual story rather than simply recording footage.
Sometimes clients arrive with a detailed vision already in mind.
Other times, they simply trust the Air to Ground Media team to handle the creative direction from start to finish.
“We’re happy to collaborate either way,” Fraley said. “As long as we can do it professionally and the quality is there, we’re open to whatever helps the client.”
As the business continues to grow, Air to Ground Media is preparing to launch a new initiative designed to support fellow local businesses.
Beginning in the coming months, the company plans to introduce monthly speculative projects—creative promotional videos produced at no cost for one selected business.
Local businesses will be invited to participate by commenting on the company’s Facebook posts and submitting their business information. Each month, one business will be randomly selected, and Air to Ground Media will create a professionally produced promotional video designed specifically for social media.
Fraley said the program serves multiple purposes.
It allows the team to showcase their creativity, gives businesses valuable marketing content and provides another way to give back to the community that has supported their growth.
“It’s a good way to help promote local businesses while also letting us show what we can do creatively,” he said.
The initiative coincides with another exciting milestone for the company.
Air to Ground Media recently moved into its own studio space, providing a dedicated location for filming, recording and meeting with clients.
For Fraley and Severt, the new studio represents another step forward as the business continues to expand.
“It gives us an actual place to work instead of operating out of our homes,” Fraley said.
The studio itself is even serving as the subject of the company’s first speculative project as they complete promotional content showcasing the new space.
Behind Air to Ground Media is a deliberately small team.
In addition to Fraley and Severt being local within Pahrump’s market, the company includes Kobe, a Las Vegas-based partner who rounds out the three-person operation.
Rather than rapidly expanding, Fraley said the team intends to remain intentionally lean while continuing to focus on quality and personalized service.
“We plan on keeping it that way,” he said.
Although much of the company’s current portfolio centers around real estate and commercial marketing, Air to Ground Media is equally enthusiastic about personal projects.
From weddings and elopements to vow renewals, influencer branding, product promotion and special events, Fraley said the company enjoys opportunities that allow for creative storytelling.
“That’s really what we love to do,” he said. “There’s so much creativity involved.”
Ultimately, whether filming a family celebration, creating content for an entrepreneur, showcasing a restaurant or marketing a home, the team’s philosophy remains the same: produce visually compelling content that helps clients tell their story in a meaningful and professional way.
